I've always been fascinated with the urban environment. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, a quintessential urban environment ranging from the superb to the decript. After graduating with a M.A. in Art History I lived for a number of years in the United Kingdom. In 2005 I returned to my home turf: wonderful New York City!
Photography is a great excuse to go out, explore New York's neighborhoods and interact with different people. Capturing the essence of a city and its people is my motivation. And keeping it original and spontaneous is always the goal. Being able to seize the moment - that's what it's all about.
